GROUP OVERVIEW

Founded in 1990 in Zhuhai, Guangdong, Jovo Group is a large-scale clean energy integrated service provider focusing on gas industry in China. It has been operating in the South China market for more than 30 years. Its main businesses are LNG, LPG etc., covering the whole industry chain, including international procurement, ocean transportation, terminal storage, logistics and distribution, and terminal services. It realizes a comprehensive layout of clean energy "from end to end", and is committed to becoming a "clean energy service provider with value creativity". Jovo was listed on the main board of Shanghai Stock Exchange on May 25, 2021 (stock abbreviation: Jovo Energy, stock code: 605090).

JOVO continued to innovate and implemented LNG STS (ship to ship) cargo transfer. Operating income exceeded RMB 10 billion and JOVO became one of the top 100 private enterprises in Guangdong.

JOVO negotiated and successively signed long-term gas supply agreements and strategic cooperation agreements with five major state power plants.

JOVO started to import LNG from Malaysia and took the lead in importing LNG overseas among the domestic private enterprises. JOVO gradually transformed from an energy trader to a comprehensive service provider of clean energy.

The LNG storage and distribution project put into operation and JOVO Lisha island comprehensive energy base entered the stage of comprehensive operation.

JOVO introduces CNPC strategic resources, and establishes the joint venture to engage in the business of LNG/CNG vehicle fueling station.

JOVO Lisha island terminal, LPG and DME projects were officially put into operation.

JOVO Provided LNG for GAC-Toyota and became the first LNG enterprise in south China.

Dongguan Lisha island comprehensive energy base obtained project approval.

JOVO entered the clean energy industry and constantly pursued innovation. JOVO is the first Chinese enterprise who implemented the operation of LPG STS (ship to ship) cargo transfer and has ranked first in terms of LPG imports for four consecutive years in China.
